To use 003bet's services, you must create a personal account with accurate and up-to-date information. You will need to provide your full name, a valid CPF, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a secure password.
Each user may hold only one active account on 003bet. Duplicate accounts identified by CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or matching banking details will be blocked and balances suspended pending review. Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses fraudulently is considered misconduct and may result in permanent account closure.
The 003bet platform is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. Access and use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 003bet reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to immediately close any account that does not meet this requirement.
In addition to the minimum age requirement, the user must be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal. 003bet does not offer services in jurisdictions where online betting is expressly prohibited by local law.

003bet accepts deposits exclusively through Brazilian payment methods. The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 with no defined maximum, though amounts above R$ 10,000.00 are subject to risk review.
Accepted deposit methods include: instant Pix, boleto bancário, credit/debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer via Brazil's major banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Santander, Caixa Econômica Federal, and others).
003bet does not accept any international payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, momo, GrabPay, PayPal, Skrill, or similar. Transactions originating from such methods will be automatically rejected.
The minimum withdrawal amount at 003bet is R$ 30.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes of the request, 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. There are no fees charged on withdrawals.
The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit. If the deposit was made via Pix, the withdrawal will be sent to the same Pix key registered on the account. This policy is designed to prevent money laundering and protect the user.
Daily withdrawal limit: the default limit is R$ 50,000.00 per day. For requests above this amount, please contact 003bet support for individual review. The maximum limit per single bet is R$ 500,000.00.
003bet periodically offers bonuses and promotions for new and existing users. The welcome bonus matches 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00. To activate the bonus, the minimum deposit is R$ 20.00.
The welcome bonus rollover is 10x the bonus amount received. Sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 count in full toward the rollover. Slots bets count at 100%. Live Casino table bets count at 10% of the amount wagered.

003bet offers betting on the major leagues and sports with national and international coverage: Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, MMA and UFC, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Dota 2), Formula 1, basketball (NBB), volleyball, and other sports available on the platform.
All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the cash out feature is available for that specific bet. 003bet reserves the right to correct obvious odds errors (such as clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical failure) and void bets placed under such errors, refunding the staked amount.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 003bet support. Once the request is submitted, any available balance (excluding unmet bonus balance) will be processed for withdrawal via Pix within the standard timeframe.
003bet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive behavior toward the support team, or an order from a competent authority.
In cases of self-exclusion for responsible gambling, the account is blocked for the requested period (30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent). During self-exclusion, it is not possible to create a new account or access the platform by any means.
